A running Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, personable Waiter/Waitress to join their busy front- of-house team. They serve a creative menu of seasonal dishes, premium beverages, and a fully stocked bar – including craft cocktails, local beers, and an exciting wine list.

Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Requirements (non-negotiable):
- Previous serving experience (preferred but not essential – full training given)
- Knowledge of basic drink service (beer, wine, spirits) – or a willingness to learn fast
- A friendly, calm attitude under pressure, especially during busy service
- Legal age to serve alcohol (must be 23+
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Take accurate orders for food, soft drinks, hot drinks, and alcoholic beverages
- Serve alcohol responsibly
- Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and support the team during rushes
- Process payments and handle cash/ card transactions
