Job Summary
We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Nyeri facility. This is a leadership role for a results-driven professional who will oversee people, systems, compliance, patient service, and financial discipline. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and partners closely with the Branch Doctor In- Charge and Nairobi support teams.

- Oversee all non-clinical operations at the branch (front office, administration, finance, procurement, facilities, and support staff).
- Ensure patient-centred service delivery standards are consistently met.
- Serve as custodian of branch performance reports and use data to guide decision-making.
- Ensure all licenses and statutory requirements are current and displayed.
- Implement hospital policies and standard operating procedures in line with CEH standards.
- Maintain a culture of transparency, ethics, and accountability.
- Approve petty cash, waiver sheets, purchase orders, and requisitions within set limits.
- Monitor branch budgets, collections, and expenses to ensure financial discipline.
- Submit timely and accurate operational and financial reports to the COO.
- Support implementation of strategies to increase patient volumes and services.
- Analyse operational trends to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, community leaders, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related
- field (Finance/Accounting background is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in operations or general management,
- ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or other service industries.
- Strong financial oversight and reporting skills.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical ability.
- Persuasive communicator who builds trust with teams and stakeholders.
