We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The person will be required to understand the local, regional and global BPO business landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive edges.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive business presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ICT or related field (master’s degree will be an added advantage).
• Proven experience in business development, outsourcing, client relationship/operations management.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
• Strong marketing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Possess an enterprising mindset with ability to identify and close opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
