Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive edges.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive business presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ICT or related field (master’s degree will be an added advantage).
• Proven experience in business development, outsourcing, client relationship/operations management.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
• Strong marketing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Possess an enterprising mindset with ability to identify and close opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
