Cashier / Front of House Server — WESTLANDS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take customer orders accurately at the counter and process payments via POS system

• Prepare and assemble drinks — sodas, shakes, and any other beverages on the menu — to

recipe and presentation standard

• Package all orders correctly — ensuring every item is wrapped, bagged, and labelled accurately

before handover, whether dine-in, takeaway, or delivery

• Hand off delivery orders to riders promptly and ensure packaging is complete and sealed

• Deliver orders and provide attentive front-of-house service to dine-in customers

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised counter, dining area, and packaging station at all

times

• Assist with restocking packaging supplies, cups, sauces, and condiments throughout the shift

• Support opening and closing duties as assigned

• Represent the Bun & Beef brand with warmth and professionalism at every interaction

REQUIREMENTS

• KCSE minimum

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

• Prior F&B or retail experience is an advantage but not required
