· Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the club.
• Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
• Manage staff, budgets, and club resources effectively.
• Coordinate events, tournaments, and recreational activities.
• Ensure compliance with club policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a club, hotel, or hospitality environment (experience in a golf club setting will be an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
