About the Company

NEWMATIC COUNTERTOP LIMITED is a professional countertop company specializing in sintered stone countertops, kitchen worktops, kitchen islands, vanity tops, dining tables, and customized stone projects.

We are building a standardized countertop measurement, production, and Five-Star installation system in Kenya. We are looking for experienced and reliable countertop installers to join our installation team.

Position Summary

The Countertop Installer is responsible for installing kitchen countertops, islands, vanity tops, and stone surface products at customer sites.

The installer must follow company installation standards, arrive on time, protect the customer’s site, complete installation professionally, upload completion photos, and support customer handover.

Main Responsibilities

1. Install kitchen countertops, kitchen islands, vanity tops, and other stone surface products.
2. Handle sintered stone, quartz, granite, marble, and similar countertop materials.
3. Assist with safe loading, unloading, carrying, positioning, and installation.
4. Check site condition before installation.
5. Protect customer floors, cabinets, walls, and surrounding areas.
6. Install countertops according to company standards.
7. Control joints, silicone lines, leveling, and final finishing quality.
8. Report any site problems, material damage, measurement issues, or installation risks immediately.
9. Clean the site after installation.
10. Take and upload completion photos after the job.
11. Support customer handover and confirmation.
12. Follow company dispatch, reporting, and Five-Star installation standards.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in countertop, stone, quartz, granite, marble, or kitchen worktop installation.
2. Experience with kitchen countertops and islands is preferred.
3. Ability to handle heavy materials safely.
4. Ability to use basic installation tools.
5. Good understanding of site protection and customer property care.
6. Must be punctual, honest, hardworking, and responsible.
7. Must be able to communicate in English for work purposes.
8. Must follow company dispatch and reporting procedures.
9. Must be willing to upload photos and report job progress.
10. Private jobs and private collection of customer money are strictly not allowed.

Preferred Candidates

We prefer candidates who:

• Have 3+ years of countertop installation experience
• Have installed quartz, granite, marble, or sintered stone
• Can handle joints, silicone, leveling, and finishing
• Have previous installation photos or videos
• Can work as part of an installation team
• Can follow company standards and customer service rules
• Have basic tools or installation experience
