Role Overview
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across all outlets
- Develop and implement creative, market-driven menus aligned with the concept and brand standards
- Manage and mentor Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and kitchen teams to build high- performing brigades
- Oversee food cost control, budgeting, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and guest satisfaction
- Drive innovation, seasonal updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with senior management on strategy, openings, and concept development
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef within a high-volume or fine- dining environment
- Strong leadership and multi-outlet management experience
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, and menu engineering
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop large teams
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of profitability
- Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation
