Role Overview

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across all outlets
• Develop and implement creative, market-driven menus aligned with the concept and brand standards
• Manage and mentor Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and kitchen teams to build high- performing brigades
• Oversee food cost control, budgeting, procurement, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and guest satisfaction
• Drive innovation, seasonal updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with senior management on strategy, openings, and concept development

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef within a high-volume or fine- dining environment
• Strong leadership and multi-outlet management experience
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, and menu engineering
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop large teams
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of profitability
• Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation
