Executive Support
Manage the MD’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and engagements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with global partners, clients, and departments on behalf of the MD.
Track and follow up on strategic initiatives, projects, and key action items.
Coordinate board meetings, investor relations, and business development follow-ups.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive communications with utmost discretion.
Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively manage operational and strategic requirements.
Office Administration
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Act as the communication bridge between departments and senior leadership.
Manage petty cash, simple record-keeping, and office supplies.
Perform general clerical duties (filing, photocopying, mailing).
Assist with planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Customer Service & Telesales
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Provide accurate and timely information to prospective and existing clients.
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and follow up on warm leads.
Promote products/services and close sales opportunities.
Digital Marketing Support
Manage and create content for social media platforms.
Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Support SEO, SEM, and paid ad strategies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and generate insights.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate, logistics, or customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience handling confidential information and managing executive calendars
