Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel front office operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and front desk software
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Certificate in Front Office Operations is an added advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Office, hotel management systems)
