We are seeking to recruit competent, enthusiastic, and self-driven graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. The program offers exposure to various functions including ICT, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales and Marketing.

This one-year program is designed to identify, develop, and nurture fresh graduates by equipping them with practical skills, professional experience, and industry knowledge necessary to build sustainable careers. Successful candidates will be attached to various departments within the company and will gain hands-on experience while contributing to the organization’s objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Graduate Trainee will support various departments and will be expected to:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of assigned departments.
  • Support teams in implementing projects and operational activities.
  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development activities.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.
  • Provide administrative and operational support where required.
  • Support customer service initiatives to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing activities, including market research and customer engagement.
  • Assist in ICT-related tasks, including system support and basic troubleshooting where applicable.
  • Support financial and accounting processes, including documentation and record management.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrate initiative, innovation, and continuous learning in assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field, with a minimum of Second Class Honors
  • Must have graduated within the last three (3) years
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A creative and proactive mindset, with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and hardworking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Results-oriented with a strong commitment to performance
  • Digital marketing skills will be an added advantage
