Role Overview
As Head Bartender – Mixologist, you will:
- Lead and supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Create and develop innovative cocktail menus aligned with the venue’s concept
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of all beverages served
- Train, mentor, and motivate bartenders and bar staff
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Engage with guests, providing expert recommendations and memorable experiences
- Monitor bar performance and implement improvements to drive revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Bartender, Senior Bartender, or Mixologist in a high-volume or premium venue
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Leadership skills with experience managing a bar team
- Creativity and passion for beverage innovation
- Strong organizational and cost-control abilities
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
