Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all hospital branch activities to ensure quality healthcare and achievement of business goals.
* Provide leadership through employee development, engagement, and performance management.
* Conduct regular hospital rounds to monitor care quality, gather patient feedback, and resolve issues.
* Manage stakeholder and partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for the hospital.
* Drive revenue generation by ensuring departmental alignment with budgets and operational plans.
* Lead marketing initiatives to create awareness of hospital services and attract new clients.
* Monitor industry trends and patient needs to support development of new services and products.
* Track and manage costs to ensure profitability and achievement of EBITDA targets.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and clinical protocols for quality and accountability.
* Implement medical policies and standards that enhance consistent and appropriate patient care.
* Manage clinical and support staff rotas to guarantee adequate cover and efficient service delivery.
* Organize medical camps, workshops, and training programs to promote community health.
* Develop and implement patient care transition plans across service points.
* Perform any other duties assigned in line with the hospital’s strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (essential).
* Master’s degree in Healthcare or Business (desirable).
* 3–5 years of proven management experience in a healthcare institution.
