Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, screening CVs)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related guidance
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate training sessions and performance reviews
