Support the HR department in daily administrative, staffing, records management, and employee support tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Description/Requirements

Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).

Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication.

Support onboarding and induction for new staff.

Track attendance, leave requests, and overtime records; update HRIS.

Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmations, warnings, etc.).

Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and welfare activities.

Support the HR department in daily administrative, staffing, records management, and employee support tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
