Job Description/Requirements
Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication.
Support onboarding and induction for new staff.
Track attendance, leave requests, and overtime records; update HRIS.
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmations, warnings, etc.).
Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and welfare activities.
