Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Support cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the valuation of work completed and preparation of payment certificates.
- Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost records.
- Support procurement processes by preparing tender documents and evaluating quotations.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- Prepare project reports and other quantity surveying documentation as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
