Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Junior Supervisor to join our 3-star hotel. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hospitality experience, a proven ability to manage staff and operations, and strong customer service skills. A good sense of humor and ability to create a positive guest atmosphere are highly valued. Male candidates are preferred, but the role is open to both men and women.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of
service and cleanliness.
- Oversee staff schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth
workflow.
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism, resolving
complaints promptly while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Support front office, housekeeping, and restaurant teams in
achieving operational goals.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain excellent
service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel
policies and standards.
- Manage reporting of daily activities to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality Management or
related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the
hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills with a hands-on
approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of
humor to create a warm guest experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Integrity, flexibility, and a professional work ethic.
