Strong Start is looking for a Business Analyst to support operational and administrative functions.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operations Analyst with a strong background in research and technology. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our organization's operational processes, with a specific focus on research and technology-related activities. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement within our operations.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Research Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement research strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and opportunities.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis to inform decision-making processes.

- Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies relevant to our operations.

 

2. Technology Integration and Optimization:

- Identify and evaluate technology solutions that can enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate technology systems, tools, and software.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of technology platforms.

- Continuously monitor and assess technology performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

 

3. Process Improvement and Streamlining:

- Analyze existing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative ideas and best practices.

 

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, technology, and other departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology).

- Proven experience in an Operations or similar role, with a focus on research and technology.

- Strong knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and market trends.

- Proficiency in technology integration, including experience with relevant software and systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
