Job Description/Requirements
Location: Nairobi
Salary: KSh 120,000 – 150,000 (Gross)
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, client relations, and service delivery.
* Supervise and motivate salon staff (stylists, beauticians, receptionists, barbers).
* Monitor stock levels, procurement, and supplier relationships.
* Implement and enforce salon standards, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
* Drive revenue growth through excellent customer service and upselling.
* Handle client feedback, complaints, and ensure repeat business.
* Prepare operational reports and liaise with management on performance.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
* 3–5 years of proven experience in salon/beauty industry operations (mandatory).
* Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
