JOB SUMMARY
Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consultingfocused on Dynamics 365.Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ismandatory. Experience with upgrading clients from Dynamics NAV is a significantplus.Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules(Sales, Service, Marketing).Proven ability to design integrated solutions leveraging the Power Platform, Azureservices, and third-party integrations.Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortablepresenting to C-level executives and technical audiences.Microsoft Certification in relevant Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., MB-800, PL-600,MB-210) is highly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborative Solution Design & ScopingWork jointly with the Sales team to analyze prospect requirements, translatingcomplex business challenges into clear, deliverable solution scopes and technicalarchitectures.Design customized, integrated solutions leveraging the full potential of D365Business Central (Finance, SCM) and D365 CE (CRM, Field Service), oftenincorporating the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Develop accurate effort estimates, implementation phases, and resource plans tosupport sales proposals and ensure a smooth handover to the Delivery team.2. Pre-Sales Leadership & Technical AuthorityLead technical discussions, discovery sessions, and requirement workshops withprospective clients and key stakeholders.Develop and deliver compelling, high-impact product demonstrations andpresentations that showcase the value and functionality of the proposed Dynamics365 solution.Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) during the sales cycle,providing expertise for RFP responses, proposals, and commercial contracts.3. Deep Client EngagementMaintain close client interaction throughout the pre-sales process to ensure theproposed solution is fully aligned with the client’s unique business needs, goals, andstrategic vision.Act as the crucial bridge between sales objectives and technical delivery capability,ensuring scope and client expectations are realistic and achievable.
