DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Engage with shoppers in supermarkets to create awareness and generate interest in the company’s products.
  
• Offer product samples and demonstrate usage where applicable.
  
• Explain the features, benefits, and unique selling points of products to customers.
  
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information.
  
• Assist in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and ensuring promotional areas are tidy and attractive.
  
• Collect customer feedback and report observations to the marketing team.
  
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
  
• Support sales goals by encouraging purchases through effective promotion strategies.
  

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  
• Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is an added advantage
  
• Basic knowledge of supermarket operations is beneficial
