JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Supervisor Preferably Ladies to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential/commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve tenant and client concerns efficiently and professionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure they are well-maintained and functioning effectively.Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.Coordinate maintenance and repair work, and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.Assist in rent collection, lease administration, and ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms.Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance activities, and operational issues. Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
