Qualifications:

Familiarity with humanitarian logistics (e.g., rapid response timelines) and oil/gas sector compliance (e.g., INCOTERMS, contractual terms).
Proficiency in proposal management software (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Certification in project management (PMP) or supply chain (CSCP) is a plus.
