Job Description/Requirements
Education & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Logistics (preferred)
• Additional certification in Administration is an added advantage
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

• Report to the Business Development Director or designated manager
• Greet and assist visitors professionally
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Manage office supplies and facility usage
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Support special projects and cross-departmental initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to understand company solutions
• Produce high-quality documentation and reports
