<p>Bun and Beef is opening a BRAND NEW LOCATION IN WESTLANDS and we need a confident Restaurant Supervisor to lead the team. You will oversee daily operations, uphold our service standards, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.</p>

Job descriptions & requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily front-of-house and kitchen operations at the WESTLANDS  location

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of cashiers and kitchen staff

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Handle customer concerns and maintain high service quality

• Manage opening and closing procedures including cash management and reconciliation

• Report daily operational performance to management


REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in a supervisory role within F&B or QSR

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Experience with cash management and basic reporting

• Passion for food quality and customer experience
