Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical and administrative support to the team.
 •Create and manage PowerPoint presentations, technical documents, charts (Visio & Excel), and databases (MS Access).
  •Organize shutdown-related documents and maintain an efficient documentation control system.
 •Record and document minutes of meetings and track daily communications.
 •Ensure proper control and management of technical documentation.
 •Work independently and effectively with minimum supervision within a diverse work environment.
 •Maintain and update equipment maintenance records, work orders, and tracking logs.
 •Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.
 •Coordinate with various departments for document approvals, revisions, and compliance tracking.
