Key Responsibilities
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to players and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during and after shifts
• Monitor player needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Handle payments, tips, and service transactions according to club procedures
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service regulations
• Coordinate with floor staff, management, and kitchen/bar personnel
• Observe and report any issues, disturbances, or policy concerns to management
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere on the gaming floor
Requirements
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (or willingness to be trained)
• Team-oriented mindset and respect for club policies
