About the Role
A leading International Academy is seeking a highly qualified and experienced A Level Mathematics & Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Mathematics and Physics to A Level students, preparing them for Cambridge assessments while fostering academic excellence and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics and Physics lessons in line with the Cambridge International A Level Curriculum.
● Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment materials.
● Prepare students for Cambridge A Level examinations through effective teaching and continuous assessment.
● Monitor, assess, and report on students' academic progress.
● Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
● Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
● Integrate technology and practical teaching approaches into classroom instruction.
● Maintain effective classroom management and uphold school policies.
● Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
● Participate in departmental meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.
● Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning within the department.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Education, specializing in Mathematics and Physics.

Experience
● Minimum of 7 years' teaching experience in a Cambridge Curriculum School.
● At least 2 years' experience teaching Cambridge International A Level Mathematics and Physics.
● Demonstrated success in preparing students for Cambridge A Level examinations.

Skills and Competencies
● Strong knowledge of the Cambridge International A Level Mathematics and Physics curriculum.
● Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
● Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
● Strong planning, organizational, and assessment skills.
● Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
● High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
