Are you a recent graduate or a young job seeker looking to switch careers? We are accepting applications to our next cohort. We recruit, mentor, and match entry-level job seekers to meaningful career opportunities with diverse employers in Kenya.

The perennial complaint we get from employers is that today’s young people are lazy and want everything too quickly. This is true for some as much as it’s true that many employers fall short of providing the right environment for entry-level job seekers. We believe many young people are eager for the right opportunities and guidance. These are the youths we represent. So do you have what it takes to join?

Program Details

• The program primarily focuses on soft skills development and career coaching 
• 6 to 12 weeks duration depending on the candidate
• Workplace scenario-based training – 50% 
• Classroom style training – 20% 
• Coaching/mentoring – 30%
• Ksh 1,000 Registration 
• Fee - Free

Selection Criteria: 

• Be 26 years old or younger
• Have at least a bachelor’s degree
• Have 0 – 3 years of work experience
• Be able to commute to Westlands once to twice weekly, excluding group work and individual assignments.
• Pass a 30-45 min in-person conversation screening
• Pass a 30-45 min aptitude test.
