Dispatch & Logistics Assistant Will Coordinate Timely Dispatch And Delivery Of Customer Orders While Supporting Day-To-Day Logistics Operations. Salary:  Kshs. 45,000 - 50,000 Plus Company Benefits

  • Experience: 

    • Minimum Of 2 Years Relevant Experience In Dispatch, Logistics, Fleet Coordination, Warehousing, Or Order Fulfillment. 
    • Experience In A Branding, Printing, Manufacturing, Retail, Or Fmcg Environment Will Be An Added Advantage.
    Requirements:  
  • Diploma Or Bachelors Degree In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. 
  • Valid Knowledge Of Nairobi Road Networks And Major Delivery Routes. 
  • Must Be Reliable And Organized Person.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate The Dispatch And Delivery Of Finished Products To Clients Within Nairobi And Across Kenya.  
  • Plan Efficient Delivery Schedules And Routes In Collaboration With Drivers And Courier Service Providers.  
  • Verify That All Customer Orders Are Complete, Accurately Packed, And Accompanied By The Necessary Delivery Documentation Before Dispatch. 
  • Track Deliveries And Provide Timely Updates To Customers And Internal Teams. 
  • Maintain Accurate Dispatch, Delivery, And Inventory Movement Records. 
  • Coordinate With Production And Sales Teams To Prioritize Urgent Orders And Meet Customer Deadlines. 
  • Handle Product Handovers, Delivery Confirmations, And Resolve Delivery-Related Issues Promptly. 
  • Monitor Vehicle Utilization, Fuel Records, And Basic Maintenance Schedules Where Applicable. 
  • Ensure Proper Handling And Safe Transportation Of Branding And Printing Materials, Promotional Items, Corporate Wear, Office Stationery, And Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe). 
  • Support Stock Movement And Warehouse Organization As Required. 
  • Adhere To Company Safety, Quality, And Operational Procedures.
