HOSPITALITY LECTRURER

A leading driving school technical college in Kenya is inviting applications for the following position:
Duties:
- Deliver lectures and practical training in Food & Beverage Production, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills.
- Train and assess students in barista skills, beverage preparation, mixology, and related hospitality service techniques.
- Develop and deliver competency-based training aligned with KNEC and TVET curriculum requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, assessments, and learning materials to support effective student learning.
- Mentor and guide students in hospitality industry practices, professional standards, hygiene, safety, and career development.
Requirements:
- Diploma tutor in food & beverage management from a technical College (KNEC)
- At least 2 years of experience in a TVET college
- Has vast knowledge of practical in:
1.    Food & beverage production
2.    Barista & Mixology
-     Must be a TVET Certified Trainer
