JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the full HRfunction across all our College campuses. This includes recruitment,performance management, staff development, welfare, culture-building, compliance, and HRoperations. The HR Officer ensures that the colllege maintains a motivated, productive,compliant, and values-driven workforce aligned with institutional goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Recruitment & StaffingManage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and maintain updated employee data on Intellimis.B. Performance ManagementImplement appraisal systems, track KPIs, provide feedback, address performance gaps, and support disciplinary procedures.C. Training, Development & CultureCoordinate staff training, TOT programs, weekly/monthly staff meetings, cultural activities, and motivation initiatives across campuses.D. Employee Welfare & RelationsHandle staff welfare, grievances, attendance, leave management, conflict resolution, and enforce professional conduct and meeting etiquette.E. HR Policy, Compliance & RecordsDevelop/update HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws and institutional regulations, maintain HR records, and prepare HR reports.F. Operational SupportSupport staffing allocation, timetable planning, trainer performance, academic operations, leadership meetings, and strategic planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Human resource and personnel development, Employee guidelines and onboarding, Payroll, Selection and assessment of applicants, Headhunting, Background research, Candidate and personnel background checks, Employee evaluations, Employee contracts, Employee relations and consultations

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree
