Position Summary
Vision 20263 Foundation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of European Union-funded projects and other donor-funded initiatives.
The successful candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, managing administrative processes, supporting partner engagement, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
The role requires strong project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, timelines, and project-related information.
2. Support the Project Manager in planning, implementing and monitoring of EU-funded projects and other donor projects.
3. Ensure project activities are delivered according to approved project work plans, budgets, and timelines.
4. Monitor project progress and proactively address implementation challenges.
5. Assist in maintaining project schedules and tracking key milestones and deliverables.
6. Organize and facilitate partner meetings, coordination meetings, workshops, and project events.
7. Communicate project updates and status reports to relevant participants and stakeholders.
8. Ensure project documentation complies with EU funding regulations and organizational policies.
9. Support the development of concept notes and project proposals for grant applications.
10. Hold regular meetings with project partners to discuss project ideas, coordinate project activities, and ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
11. Conduct research and gather information for different funding opportunities.
12. Design social media posters and communication materials using Canva.
13. Manage and update social media platforms and digital communication channels.
14. Support the implementation of project visibility and communication activities in line with EU requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least one (1) year of relevant experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management.
3. Experience working on EU-funded projects (e.g., Erasmus+, CERV, Horizon Europe, or similar programmes) is an added advantage.
4. Experience managing social media platforms and creating communication materials is preferred.

Technical Skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Experience using Canva for graphic design.
● Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
