DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Merchandising & Visibility

·       Ensure hair products are properly displayed, well organized, and highly visible across assigned retail outlets.

·       Implement approved merchandising standards, promotions, displays, and point-of-sale activities.

·       Monitor shelf positioning and ensure products are presented in line with brand guidelines.

 Stock & Product Availability

·       Monitor stock levels and ensure products are consistently available at assigned outlets.

·       Identify out-of-stock, slow-moving, damaged, or near-expiry products and report promptly.

·       Support stock replenishment and follow up with relevant teams to minimize stock-outs.

Sales & Outlet Support

·       Support sales growth by promoting products, identifying customer needs, and encouraging purchases.

·       Build positive working relationships with retailers, shop attendants, and outlet managers.

·       Identify opportunities to improve product placement, distribution, and sales within assigned outlets.

 Market Monitoring & Reporting

·       Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, displays, and market activity.

·       Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

·       Submit accurate daily/weekly merchandising and outlet activity reports.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·       Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2 years' experience in merchandising, sales, FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or hair products.

·       Previous experience working in retail outlets or the field is highly desirable.

·       Good understanding of product merchandising and retail sales.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.

·       Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high merchandising standards.

·       Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets and deadlines.
