Job Summary
We are urgently looking for a presentable and ambitious Office Administrator & Executive Assistant to the Director. The successful candidate will be expected to both work from home and from our Nairobi CBD office.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries
- Managing office administrative activities
- General Office/ Classrooms’ Hygiene
- Increasing our Company's market share
- Improving our Company's marketing yield
Reporting to the Director or in his/her absence, the Deputy Director, or in his/her absence, the Head of Training.
Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Be sufficiently trained in the following computer packages:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Internet
- Attention to detail, deadline
oriented
- Excellent English conversational skills. Knowledge of French a big bonus.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Full-time access to a quality laptop and WiFi at home
- Female, not more than 29 years old
