QualificationsType of Qualification: First DegreeField of Study: Project Management, Real Estate, Property Studies, Land Economics, Valuation & Estate Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or any other related field.Professional qualifications in Facilities & Asset Management, Valuation and Property Management are highly desirable.Experience RequiredReal Estate Management3-5 yearsExperience in property & asset management preferably within the banking or financial services sector.Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of fixed assets and leases including negotiations and the related regulatory compliance.Exposure to commercial or institutional property portfoliosFamiliarity with operational risk management, governance frameworks and adherence to regulatory requirements.Managing and engaging with various stakeholders at a senior level.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Report writing for management or governance forums.
