JOB SUMMARY
Job Description: RecruiterThe Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and delivering an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong sourcing, assessment, and coordination skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines and fill roles efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels.Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear, consistent communication.Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes.Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment strategies and workflows.Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.Proven ability to fill roles independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
