JOB SUMMARY
Position: Revenue Operations SpecialistLocation: Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín, Bucaramanga, and Cali.Language: English B2+ or C1 (100% conversational)Role Summary:This position serves as the key operational support for the sales team and related areas. It is responsible for ensuring the proper flow of deals in the pipeline, compliance with policies and processes, and improving efficiency across departments. In addition to executing tasks, the role is expected to propose and implement improvements that impact multiple teams.Main Responsibilities:Act as the point of reference for assigned processes and systems.Manage cases and tickets in compliance with SLAs.Ensure governance and policy compliance.Administer and optimize processes and systems.Propose continuous improvements and monitor performance.Train consultants and leaders on processes and tools.Execute special projects.Requirements:Experience in sales operations, administration, or similar roles.English level B2+ or C1.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Editor, SharePoint, DocuSign.Experience with CRM (Salesforce required, ClientSpace preferred).Skills: organization, time management, effective communication, teamwork.Education: Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).If you are interested, apply now!
