Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking School Principal to guide our school in advancing high-quality learning through Competency-Based Education (CBE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in academic and administrative operations.

• Champion innovative implementation of the Competency-Based Education (CBE).

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to achieve high standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with parents, the community, and education stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field.

• At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.

Added Advantage:

• Familiarity with various national and international curricula.
