BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with the Kenyan B2B market.
• Excellent English writing and business communication skills.
• Proven experience managing corporate Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
• Ability to independently research topics, create content, and publish posts.
• Knowledge of solar power, energy storage, new energy sources, industrial equipment, or the B2B sector is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools.
• Ability to identify and reach potential clients and partners through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Strong creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in operations, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role is preferred.
• A portfolio of previous work is highly preferred.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow the company’s Facebook and LinkedIn corporate accounts.

Research, select, and develop relevant topics around solar power, energy storage, new energy solutions, industrial equipment, and the B2B market.Write professional and engaging captions, articles, posts, and marketing content in English.Create and publish graphics, images, reels, and short-form videos.Use platforms such as LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and reach potential customers and business partners.Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas and strategies.Support lead generation and brand awareness through digital platforms.Maintain a consistent and professional corporate brand image across all social media channels.
