JOB SUMMARY
Requirementsi. Must have a Degree or diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.ii. Must have KCSE grade C+ and above;iii. Knowledge in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and installations in a factory.iv. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.v. Must have minimum 3 years’ work experience in a Dairy industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintain an in depth knowledge of the condition of the plant equipment on a continuous basis.-Carry out specific inspections (Basic vibration analysis, noise, temperature and other electrical& mechanical measurements).-Preparation of daily work schedule for PM tasks in accordance with equipment needs whileutilizing Ms Excel document and monitor equipment history files.-Counter check parameter settings for all the critical equipment and new installations e.g. Alarmlevels.-Performs on call duties for Electrical & Mechanical works.-Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
