Job Description/Requirements
Administrative Support:Assist in the development and distribution of academic timetables.Manage and maintain accurate student records, both electronic and physical.Coordinate orientation sessions for new students.Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.Student & Staff Coordination:Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.Monitor and report on student attendance and punctuality.Support the recruitment and onboarding of new instructors.Facilitate communication between students, instructors, and management.
Financial & Operational Management:Assist in fee collection and maintain accurate financial records.Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.Ensure the centre's facilities are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
Event & Programme Coordination:Organise and support extracurricular activities and workshops.Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and event logistics.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the centre's offerings.
