📌 Job Opening: Benefits Associate🏢 About the RoleThe Benefits Associate position is fully operational, focusing on reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and system accuracy. This role supports the Benefits Assistant and Specialist, following supervisor guidance to ensure smooth benefits administration.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesAudit and reconcile benefit invoices, resolving discrepanciesInvestigate issues in PRISM and insurance company websitesMaintain accurate, real-time updates in SmartsheetSupport Benefits Assistant and Specialist roles as neededManage Customer Portal cases and tasksCommunicate with POCs and Brokers (copying Benefits Manager and supervisor) to resolve issuesGenerate PRISM reports to validate customer informationKeep tracking formats updatedMeet minimum performance indicators (e.g., Activtrak)Perform additional duties as required🎓 QualificationsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsBasic to intermediate accounting knowledgeExcel proficiency (data entry, formulas)Strong research and information-gathering abilityEffective time management skillsIntermediate English (approx. 85% proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking)
