- ITM Kenya is looking for a strategic business developer with deep roots in the HR services sector? ITM is looking for a dynamic Country Business Development Manager (CBDM) to lead our market growth in Kenya. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, industry credibility, and the drive to shape HR solutions that deliver real impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development in HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and talent solutions.
- Identify new opportunities and grow a robust client portfolio across sectors.
- Develop and execute country-level sales strategies aligned with regional growth goals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and service excellence.
- Provide timely sales intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management or a related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B sales or HR services, with 3+ years in a leadership/client-facing role.
- Proven knowledge of Kenya’s HR, labour, and compliance environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategy execution skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with ability to interpret budgets, pricing models, and revenue pipelines.
- Professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.
