Business Relationship Officers (Credit Officers) - 10 positions

Location of the Assignment - (Within Nairobi and its environs, Mt Kenya counties and Nakuru region)

Roles and Responsibilities: 

·        Marketing, promotion and sale of credit solutions.

·        Recruitment of customers and conducting loan appraisals.

·        Ensure loan repayment follow-ups and deliver good quality book.

·        Remain a good risk manager with good portfolio quality and high customer retention.

·        Prepare monthly performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Certificate or Diploma in Business administration/management, Banking, Co-op Management, Entrepreneurship or a related field

·        Experience in micro business and log book lending for at least 2 years.

·        Good experience in sales, marketing and portfolio management

·        Computer literate

·        Able to work within a team set-up and meet deadlines

·        Passionate about credit and with high degree of integrity

·        Excellent communication and customer handling skills

·        High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
