JOB SUMMARY
Requirements:KATC II or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalentAt least 2 years’ experience in a busy cash officeMust be proficient in use of computersMust be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect payments and issue receipts/invoices to internal and external clientsVerify every receipt/invoice issued against a valid prescriptionCollect and keep change available at all times to carry out cash transactionsStore cash, cheques and vouchers securely as per the department guidelinesCarry out banking of collections in a timely mannerFile and store prescriptions sequentially and securelyFile and update all finance related documents to maintain accurate recordsActivate accounts for corporate patients and ensure there is a duly signed claim form where applicable

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
