The Chief Butcher is responsible for supervising meat processing operations, including cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning, and preparing meat, poultry, and seafood. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a butcher in catering, hotels, or restaurants, possess strong knowledge of meat processing techniques, HACCP and food safety standards, inventory control, FIFO stock rotation, team supervision, and the ability to maintain quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
