REQUIREMENTS
- Customs Clearance
- Prepare and process customs documentation for imports and exports.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Liaise with customs officials to resolve queries and expedite clearance.
- Arrange transportation of goods via air, sea, or land using the most competitive pricing.
- Verify accuracy of shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status.
- Provide advisory services on import/export procedures and requirements.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare quotations and invoices for clearing and forwarding services.
- Optimize cost efficiency in logistics operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in clearing and forwarding operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs laws, import/export regulations.
