JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsA Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Management, or a related field.Basic computer skills.Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, customer engagement, or community outreach.Experience in healthcare marketing is an added advantage.Fluency in both English and Swahili.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in community-based projects or customer service.A warm, engaging approach to interacting with community members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & ActivationPromote the Penda Health brand within the community through outreach, distribution of materials, partnerships, and registration of customers on “Chat na Penda.”Customer EngagementEngage respectfully with potential customers, address concerns, provide accurate information about services, and build community trust and rapport.ReportingSubmit daily activity reports, share partnership and lead updates, and meet daily and monthly community engagement and patient growth targets.Penda Way & CollaborationDemonstrate teamwork, uphold Penda’s customer experience standards, embrace feedback, and support additional duties as assigned.
