JOB SUMMARY
Requirements▪ Bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from a recognized university▪ Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitionersand Dentists Council▪ Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS)▪ At least one year of post-internship experience in either a public or privatehospital▪ Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices▪ Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reportingprocedures.• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management InformationSystems).Desirable competencies▪ Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.▪ Knowledge of the laws of Kenya, regulations, guidelines, and healthschemes.▪ Excellent report writing skills.▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff,patients, and other stakeholders.
