JOB SUMMARY

Requirements:Experienced accountant with hands-on ownership of financial operations in a multi-entity environmentStrong IFRS knowledge with proven general ledger ownership, reconciliations, and month-end closeExperience managing multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, including intercompany transactionsDirect involvement in ERP implementation (e.g. UAT, go-live, super user), ideally with Dynamics 365 F&O or similarExperience working with and reviewing external accounting providers across multiple jurisdictionsBackground in shared services, BPO, or multinational finance environmentsSystems-oriented, detail-driven, and focused on improving processes and efficiencyStrong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones

RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Ownership & Finance SystemsAct as finance lead and SME for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deploymentSupport ERP implementation phases including UAT, configuration validation, and go-live readinessEnsure accounting logic, chart of accounts, and reporting structures are correctly embeddedPartner with IT to improve financial reporting, data integrity, and system usabilityGlobal Accounting OperationsOwn and maintain the general ledger across multiple entities and company codesPost and review key accounting entries (revenue, COGS, accruals, intercompany, prepayments) under IFRSEnsure accurate multi-entity and multi-currency accounting treatmentMonth-End Close & ReportingSupport and improve the global month-end close process, reducing timelines and errorsEnsure completeness and accuracy of financial data across all entitiesMaintain supporting schedules and ensure audit-ready documentationMulti-Entity & Outsourced Accounting OversightReview and validate work from external accounting providers across jurisdictionsEnsure consistency in accounting treatment and identify discrepanciesGradually transition outsourced accounting (starting with Switzerland) in-houseProcess Improvement & ScaleImprove accounting workflows, controls, and reconciliation processesBuild scalable processes suitable for a growing multi-entity organisationContribute to the evolution of Axmed’s global finance operating model
